PepsiCo to buy probiotic drinks maker KeVita

Nov 22 (Reuters) - PepsiCo Inc said on Tuesday it

would buy health beverage maker KeVita Inc, in an effort to

diversify its soft drinks business and tap health conscious

consumers.
