Carmike Cinemas cancels shareholder vote on AMC deal - Bloomberg

June 29 (Reuters) - Theater chain Carmike Cinemas Inc

plans to drop Thursday's shareholder vote on its

proposed sale to AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc,
