UPDATE 2-UK Stocks-Factors to watch on July 21

July 21 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 index is seen opening down 16

points, or 0.2 percent, on Thursday, according to financial bookmakers, with

futures down 0.2 pct ahead of cash market open.
